We have built five homes from the ground up and our experience with John was definitely the best!

The quality of John’s work exceeded our expectations

We hired John Kenny Construction to do our home renovation. John Denneen was the person we worked closely with during the construction process, which consisted of adding 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom over 3 car garage (approx. 700 square feet), redesigning kitchen, replacing all cabinets, appliances, flooring, granite counter tops, back splash, moving walls to create new wine bar with granite counter top & cabinets, replacing tile floors with wood & stripping existing wood floors to match new wood floors, and replacing concrete driveway with pavers. John advised us it would take 3 months to complete the renovation. We were skeptical, as other contractors stated it would take 5 to 6 months. We expressed concern as we were renting a house during the renovation and needed to know the "real time frame". John assured us we were on schedule for the 3 month completion. And he was right ... Not only was the job done on budget, it was finished 1 week early! In addition to our renovation being on time and on budget, the quality of John's work exceeded our expectations. Any of our future home construction or renovation work will be done by John Denneen.
